Happy to see a .5 weight loss. Really think it should be more since I am keeping to under 2100 calories per day (more like 1850 average), doing exercise every single day, and not eating after 8 pm ! 1.5 lb loss since I started 9 days ago. Don't worry -- continuing on my journey!
