This is your journey not someone else. I would think he who guesses usually fails. I track as close as I can and it has helped me know where I need to adjust my plan so I succeed. When you do succeed life is so much better. I have lost 19lbs since Oct 25, when I guessed I gained 18lb, got back on track and now I am starting to lose even more. This is not easy.....but ICU isn't either. Good Luck!
