.2 lbs to lose in the next 4 days... sounds doable.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 44.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go for it, Happy Birthday, Happy New Year!! Am back doing what I should be doing, which includes logging in here!! Have missed it and you and hopefully in a couple of weeks when work sorts out we can get to Wiiing again....
