Ah bah. I forgot to weigh-in yesterday... And after last night's feast I am at 177 this morning. We had a lovely birthday dinner for the DH and I was well within both carb and cals... But I know what the extra weight is. LOL. Filet mignon, lobster, Caesar salad. Once things are processed through I will weigh-in. I admit I was tempted to taste the tiramisu, but not enough to do so.
