I have been wicked bad, eating everything under the sun and not paying attention to my calories while on vacation. Ate a ton of crap and need to start taking better care of my body. I feel so low on energy. I don't feel healthy. My candida levels are way out of check, my vitamin D is low again, my magnesium levels and B12 are low too. I'm back on FS to get back on the ball for the new year and get back to taking my supplements and start taking my thyroid medication to balance myself out. I'm going to stay true with my probiotics as well and get back to moving around more, get off my butt!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
