Since following my own diet I find it easier to resist certain foods because I will still have them once in a while. I think by keeping my caloric intake low I can still have that slice of pizza. I am very proud of myself because for the first time ever I have gone 7 consecutive days working out and I do see a difference. My clothes feel so different and I am going to say it......yes I have hips again! I know that the muffin top takes a awhile to get rid of but I am not going to give up. I am hoping to drop another 20 pounds by my 32nd birthday in December!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
