Wow, I didn't realize I would have lost a few pounds, and even before I "visited" the bathroom. Very excited. I am looking forward to seeing what happens when I start running/jogging/walking/crawling! I hope this isn't a fluke of the scale! I recently cut my calories from 1800 to 1500 RDI. I hope that's helping. I'll just keep it up. Unfortunately tonight is dinner with the family! I admit I will enjoy myself... but I will also keep in mind to only eat until I'm full. (Not bursting)
