How do you stay on your diet plan if you are busy during the day?

One of my FS Buddies suggested I talk about this, since I've been able to do this, so here was my day yesterday:

6:00. Yoli PASSION Energy Drink & Synthroid med & 24 oz. water.
6:30. Yoli YES Protein Shake & 24 oz. water.
7:00. I usually exercise on Just Dance 4 'Just Sweat' Routine for 25 minutes, but was setting up BBP on FB on my phone & it wasn't cooperating & took FOREVER. Ugh.
8:00. Yoli ALKALETE & 12 oz. water.
8:30. Leave for work (elementary school ESL Paraprofessional).
8:45. Morning Protein Snack before work (Eat every 2-1/2 to 3 hours).
11:30. Lunch & 12 oz. water with Yoli TRUTH Antioxidant- I wasn't able to make my eggs ahead of time, so I took my 3 raw eggs in a container with some cheese & spices & microwaved them at school). During school I get an additional 24 oz. water in ( I go to the restroom in between classes).
2:00. Leave to go to HS to get girls ready for away soccer game.
2:30. Leave on bus.
3:00. Eat my Afternoon Protein Snack (carried in lunch bag) with Yoli PASSION Energy Drink with 24 oz. water on the bus ride.
3:45 - 5:45. Soccer games & another 24 oz. water (it was HOT, but they scored their first goal of the season!!)
6:00. Yoli YES Protein Shake in bus on ride home.
7:00. Finally able to head home after waiting 35 minutes for girls to get picked up. Ugh.
7:30. Help friend by attending Yoli BBP (1/2 hour late because of delay at school). I did enjoy a few almonds & turkey in the evening (usually don't eat past 6 PM).
9:00. Left to pick-up son from college classes.
10:00. Finally home for the day.
11:00. Bed.

I guess this just showed that even though I have a very busy day, I'm able to keep to my diet with pre-planning my meals & snacks, even getting in my water.

What's keeping you from staying on track & what can you do differently to change it?

Have a Fabulous Day!
:) Deb

It's easier to eat sensibly if I'm busy! When I have a hard time is over school holidays (I'm a school librarian). In good weather it balances out because I love to hike, swim, etc. when I have free time, but in cold weather it really takes a conscious effort or I start gaining. I tried to learn to ski, thinking that would help, and I totally flunked! Kinda clutzy. ;-)

I'm also a teacher. I found it totally impossible to lose weight over the summer. Now that I'm back on a busy schedule it's easier. I haven't been losing as much weight as I'd like even though my calories have been below my goal every day and I'm excercising an hour a day. I'm thinking maybe my thyroid isn't working properly and am going to try iodine drops to see if this helps. I'll keep you posted.

I wasn't losing & realized it was because I hadn't taken my med in a long time. I was a BAD girl. Yoli is all natural & the best thing I ever did for my health. The weight loss is a side effect! :) DeborahFansler.MyBetterBodySystem.com Much info about it has been added to FS. Just search Yoli. Have a glorious start to the weekend Everyone!! :) Deb

Also go to www.Yoli.com There's a lot of information there. The videos are especially helpful and eye-opening. What are you doing this weekend? :) Deb
