Stayed the same and really don't know how. I ate excellent yesterday
Only thing is I did not sleep very good. That generally effects me
Well lets do this again! One day at a time!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
