Calorie 1184 Breakdown: Carbohydrate (58%) Fat (28%) Protein (14%) Another long and busy day. 5 veggies, lots of water. Stayed under 1200 calories. Portion control an staying focused! I have to keep in mind that this is a journey and not a sudden landing. And I am actually enjoying the trip!
