Somehow I lost a little weight. My food intake needs to become more sensible (1500-2000 cals daily). Eating WAY too much. Keeping track of food intake seems to help, ESPECIALLY if I enter food before I eat it. I have plenty of room for improvement!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
