That's more like it. I didn't budge last week lets hope this is the weight shifting again. I am going skiing next month and I want to make sure I have lost a bit more and look cool in my ski suit.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
