It was a busy day painting on the house trim. Got 10k steps in. Went a little over on my calories as we ended up eating out at a Mexican Rest. Drank lots of water today as well. Will cut back tightly tomorrow to make up for it.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
