Bought some supplements at a Zumbathon.
I'm gonna try to take them every morning and see if they help me with my weight loss goal.
Matcha Premium Japanese Green Tea
Ceylon Organic Ground Cinnamon
Wee Bee Naturally Raw Honey

I picked up some Almond Milk to mix the Matcha and Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon each. I'll drink 8 ounces early in the morning. I'll have a teaspoon of the Honey too.

I started exercising at the gym towards the end of July and I'm feeling better so far.
Water Aerobics
Zumba
Pace (Circuit)
Stretching
Bike/Treadmill or Elyptical
Walking Outside
Lots of Stairs at Work

I'm still so very much in love with FOOD. I'm limiting the portion sizes.
Hope this new strategy will get me looking and feeling great in the near future!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
