Man yesterday about killed me. I was so hungery all day long, it was making me feel sick. But I got through it, and know from past experience that those feelings will go away.
The plus side for me is that I'm already seeing improved sleep at night. Yes I do think that what I eat and how much I eat effects my sleep.
