thinking about leaving fs because I don't feel supported
145.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.6 lb a week

I take support from everyone's posts. Many click with me, some not, but it helps me know that there are so many other people working towards the same goal. What do you feel is missing?

I am with Rckc, and also there are so many folks on here, working folks like me, that dont have the time to follow up with everyone, but I definitely try to when I do have the time. Remember you are not here for the popularity, but for your health. <3 Stay strong and I wish you continued weight loss success!

Most people's posts don't show on the main front feed. To get support a person needs to support others and to follow others to help support them. It usually is a two way street. I would suggest to anyone stay on FS to help yourself.

That's unfortunate. Hopefully you reconsider and stay, if only to track your food and activity and your own progress. Some posts get a lot of interaction, others not, but that's not as important as your own daily log. I don't know about you, but when I go back to my calendar, caloric averages and compare it with my weight, it gives me a lot of insight about what to do next. Hopefully no one has actively discouraged you.

I have noticed some people use this app for socializing, maybe in addition to tracking. If you are craving interactions then you have to interact more with others. But imho and personally, like other areas in life, it is best to be here for you. Use the site for tracking, taking pics, keeping yourself accountable and so on.

Sorry this site has helped me a lot over the years. Click on follow on those that interest you and choose the following stream. That will help bring your posts into their feeds.

Hang around girl. The app is weird. I have barely seen your posts. It’s a great tool to use. I was private for months and had zero support. But I was determined. Support or not, it’s really up to each of us to work hard. You can do it! Great drop btw!

Change your settings to followers and start following people. I have times i can post and times i can only click support, but i don’t see you here a lot. On the other hand, I’m getting lots of interesting food from other countries. Feed is weird. I’m also kinda boring.
