Hi Ann, that's strange. I will look into that. Thank you for your support. I am aiming to hit 80kg by Christmas, probably a bit ambitious but I am giving it a push. Hope you are doing well.

That is doable! I just have the same old half a stone that goes up and down depending on how greedy I am being.

If I am consistent with calorie counting then I think I can achieve it. My problem is inconsistency and complacency. And I think that is hardest part for most of us but the support from you and other FS friends certainly helps.

Consistency is the key. I am consistent with the exercise part.........diet not so much. But calorie counting does work for me when I put my mind to it.
