Here I go again trying to lose. I am so ashamed of myself. I had lost a total of 37 lbs in 2012 and gained back all except 4 lbs. So I know I can do it. Today is the day I start back. I need to keep up on fat secret so I feel more responsible for my actions. I'm so thank full that they have this site. I refuse to to to potlucks this winter.

Like you, I lost last year and gained half of it back. I am recognizing I am using excuses not to get this done. I am going to do better, too. I am disgusted with myself, but I have a quote that is taped to my cabinet: "quit focusing on what you've done wrong. God has already rolled away your shame, embarrassment, failures, and setbacks." So, like you, here I go again. This time with success!!!!
