Doing better. Sill crushed by carbs. I know I shouldn't but if there's a choice is a bowl of cereal or having to actually cook something...I'm going for the bad stuff.

I increased my exercise though so most of the naughtiness has been consumed immediately prior to working out. It doesn't seem as bad that way for some reason. (ahh, probably just my addiction talking.)
183.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I boil a bunch of eggs all at a time, and keep smoked fish on hand. That way, I can have fish and eggs for breakfast. The two tastes go well together

Consider oatmeal. even with a spoon of brown sugar it compares way better then cereal, who eats only 1 serving of cereal???? k sugar carbs oatmeal 160 4 30 cereal (x2) with milk 350 38 60 Plus it warms the tummy and a good source of fiber.
