I’ve been minding my meals and carefully choosing everything that I eat and drink since late July. I’ve had a few cheat meals during that time, where I’d get most of my day’s calories from one meal. I’ve been frustrated with work this last week and wanted a cheat day. My cheat day lasted 3 days and set me back 7 pounds. I think some of it is water weight due to the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza that comprised 3 meals (nom nom nom). So back on the wagon for me now that all the junk food is gone.
414.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 214.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had chicken taco pizza that raised me up 4lbs this past week. Darn pizza. lol
