The reason I didn't say that I followed my diet 100% is because I didn't eat dinner. I spent 3 hours at the grocery store because I'm going to be starting a "diet." I checked out Jillian Michaels' website and liked what I saw, so I joined. I printed out my shopping list and went shopping after I picked up my daughter from school. I had to walk from one end of the store to the other gosh knows how many times because I always forgot something. LOL I'm not much of a veggie person, so this should be interesting. We'll see how this goes. :)
227.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
