The big weigh-in today and I lost 0.5 pounds. I'll take it. After this past weekend of cake and baclava, I thought I'd have a red arrow pointing up. Sweet! now that I know how undisciplined the weekends can be, I'm making my menu plan now and ensuring that I can get beyond the sweet temptations. This coming Saturday I'm not worried about much, but Sunday is mother's day. Thankfully my husband is cooking a family brunch, so I'll be able to influence him to cook some of my diet choices.
In any event, I've lost some weight, Yahoo! On to my Ripped workout now.

The weekends are so tough, and when there are special occasions....I would take any loss though--way to go!
