Started a liquid (mostly) cleanse yesterday.
Yesterday I started at 147 this am i am 144.
My knee injury 7 weeks is really effecting me. I am going to start back at some form of exercise. Even if its slow and light
144.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
