I'm pleased to see the scale move down again. I am looking forward to swim at lunch time and dinner out with my hubby tonight.

Breakfast was mango chunks and a few strawberries (all still slightly frozen with a sprinkling of Splenda & some Pink Himalayan sea salt).

Lunch today will be green beans, squash, and a salad topped with a little chicken.

Dinner tonight will be hubby's choice. I will find something within my diet where ever he chooses.

Today I will begin to attempt to add more water to my diet.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
