I have actually been down to this weight since the day after I weighed last week. This is our anniversary week. We went out and ate a big rib dinner along with desert. I'm elated to see that I didn't gain!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
