Weighed in at 8st 2lbs. Not happy as I was 8st. But I ate an awful lot of sweet stuff on Saturday. I know I can get to 8st again. So not overally worried.
112.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
