After seeing Chris" post of all sweets yesterday I had a sweet craving last night. I had a cup of Baskin Robbins World class Chocolate ice cream..Got on scale this morning and lost 2 oz..
132.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
