I have not lost any this week but I have taken up Spin class and pilates together with my boxing and cycle to work I'm thinking that I have built a bit of muscle, which is heavier,
Been doing some nutritional reading and now think I may need to cut down a bit on my carbs, still getting to grips with lowering my fat intake but its been 5 week so need to up the game a bit, going to try and do 2 days in the week where I don't have any carbs except from fruit and veg
