I was actually weighing in at 226 but didn’t log it because i knew it was water... then was at 219 for awhile so i feel that was my true weight... now i’m 216!!! so feeling confident it’s an actual big loss!! i’m currently doing 45 spin and hour of walking a day and lowish carb one meal a day (plus sunflower seeds as snack and cream in my coffee) paired with calorie counting
216.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
