Day 3. Not feeling too bad. Need to sleep more. Can't really follow meal timing to a T on the Bizzy Diet because in the morning I'm too hungry and in the evening I have stuff to do. Still, it's making me drink a lot more water so that's a good thing, and weight is down a bit even if it is just water. =D
130.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
