Woo Hoo the scale is moving! Weigh in was better than I expected today. I did swim yesterday, but I had spent most of the rest of the day sitting in front of the computer working.

Today I hope to swim, but the weather may not cooperate. Breakfast of grapefruit. Lunch is a mystery. Supper will be leftover veggies from last night and either leftover chicken or a chicken tamale.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
