I plan to work hard this week at self discipline- when eating! I did well last week, and not so well on the weekend. I do like to take a break... and I will try to restrict myself at breakfast and lunch this coming weekend. 1/2 portion the dinner might help... since I like to have wine and treats!

157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
