protein regime stopped working and put 3 pounds back on...im pissed...
started new regime today.....
12 green+ pills/day- 35(cals)
3 chewable vitamin c tabs (15cals)
1 small original v8 (30cals, 0g fat, 7g carb-1g fiber and 4g sugars, 1g protein)
total- 80cals/day
plus lots of green tea, hydroxycut, diet root beer, water, maybe the odd 5 cal crystal light, and i may get ephedrine, and maybe decaf coffee.....

if this fails...ill cut out the v8....

i hope this works thoug
120.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This diet may help you lose some weight in the short term, but is not sustainable and is going to make you sick in the long term. Look at the ingredients. Good rule of thumb-- if you cannot pronounce it, it's probably not good for you. Take care of yourself.

Yea, I second the above comment. You are not eating enough to survive. You can cause yourself so many health problems. Plus, 85 pounds is very, very low. (My daughter is in the 4th grade and weighs 82 pounds). When you are trying to get in shape, exercise and healthy eating are your best bets. Please take care of yourself!
