went camping with family this past weekend. Thought I did decent with my choices but the scale said different. Back to the loss.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Could be water retention. Two pound gain for a weekend with the family is not bad. If I went camping with my family I would gain 2 lbs in the first hour.🤣. We like to throw down some food.😎

Haha! We had a fish fry and I didn't hold back. Fried fish, hushpuppies, fries, beer. Lots of calories.
