we've been eating a lot of take out. which sucks. but I've been avoiding pop and chips and other snack foods I usually go to and just eat my 2 meals a day with IF. oh and lots and lots of water.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
