well, it's coming off...slowly but at least the number is lowering and not increasing. i changed my workout routine. instead of killing my self for 30 minutes i am to a steady 3.5 mph for 60 minutes a day...it seems to be doing more for me...maybe slow and steady will win the weight loss struggle for me. we'll see!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
