Yay! Finally got to what I was last year, now to get to 169, I can do this :-) slowly but surely I will win this war. Also, I aimed to be gluten free for a week (last week) which I failed but I did manage to do it all Saturday and yesterday (Monday). Perhaps that's contributing to me win past that plateau.
