Why the hell would you want to give up? Keep going in the right direction. let's lose a lb. or two.

Oh no Richharre! We don't give up! This is about getting healthy so you can have a long, high quality life. Take weight loss in baby steps. Be proactive and start learning as much as you can about nutrition and weight loss. If you have trouble with food, there is a book called "Becks Diet Solution" which helps us deal with the psychological aspect of losing weight. Check it out on amazon to see if it could help you. Get some fitness magazines and read them to motivate you. Get a pedometer and start aiming for 10,000 steps a day. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet. This is a life long journey. Losing weight is a mental thing. You just have to get to the right place. Giving up gets you nothing! You can do this!
