Water retention and elimination seems to be the big factor in the ups and downs. Last night I got rid of lots of water and now I'm down 2.5 from yesterday. I'm feeling great.. a little stressed because I cannot eat alot of sweet stuff and heavy carbs like a giant pasta with meat sauce dinner along with a chocolate fudge chaser. Oh well.. I can have a little of any of that if I want.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
