woohoo! Yeah. I'm on the way down now. I must get on my treadmill. We've been taking short walks but I need a loooong one each day.Good luck everyone. We have a few weeks to really get the momentum started!
160.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
