I completed my final triathlon on 9/26/10. In my experiment, not having exercised or eaten properly, I have lost most all muscle mass and replaced it with plenty of fat. The redistribution of mass is quite unattractive. So I begin my journey of changing my eating habits in order to begin having more energy and create more attractive mass distribution!
