I've had a busy week and only been able to get in 3 good days of exercise this week. Next week I will be taking a mini vacation, but I have planned in healthy meals and exercise. We will be going to several museums on Thursday and i will be doing lots of walking. On Friday we will be at the beach during the day and the Kemah boardwalk in the evening. I will be swimming and walking on the beach and then walking on the board walk in the evening. I will eat grilled seafood and salads not junk food. On Saturday we will visit NASA and then do some shopping at a mall. We will also stop on the way home to pick up some healthy groceries that are not available in our small town.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
