So I made myself buy a scale because I wanted to keep track of my weight mainly for the sake of the challenges. Waiting for my monthly doctor's visit was a bit long. But of course the exact reason that I hate scales is showing in my weigh-in today. I have put on 1/2 lb (lower weight of 232 from Wed not reported since my weigh-in day is Friday)...which I am very sure is muscle weight since my waist size has gone down about 3 inches since Nov. But still even knowing about the muscles, it makes me a little po'd. Oh well, next week I'm sure will reflect more weight loss. Bad scales trying to make me feel like a failure...bad bad scales!!
232.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
