I am very pleased now that I am below my target weight. What a suprise, now I would like to keep losing weight!. I always thought I would never be lighter than 8st 10lbs. I have achieved!! SO why am I still not happy?
117.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
