food out of control this week...
exercise is good- added biking and kept up with a lot of tennis.

Now it is time to lift weights! and keep up the 20 minute cycles every day! with 10 minute yoga!

155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
