Getting very frustrated! I used the app to calculate my daily calories and thought, that really high. So I subtracted 300 calories from that number to use as my daily calorie limit. I have stayed significantly below that number but I’ve gained 5 pounds in 3 days. I’ve eaten high sodium dinners the last couple of nights, it’s gotta be water weight but it is so demotivating to not see that number going down!
434.1 lb Lost so far: 42.9 lb.    Still to go: 234.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love this app, but it makes RDI way too high IMO. It said mine should be 2100! I do 1500 for weightloss.
