just one scoop protein powder (115 cals, 1g carb, 0.2 g fat) and 1 cup skim in a blender. Thats it for the day. Day 6 today. 10 lbs lost in 6 days so far:)
126.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
