I input my weight incorrectly the other day. i am in fact 8st 5lbs today. Yey!! Lightest I have ever been. Mood swings today because i think my period is due. feeling short tempered and stressed for no reason. Can't wait to just get over it!
117.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
