I can tell a difference by how much my tummy is NOT sticking out. Still gotta a belly but I think I've gone from looking 6months preggers to about 4 lol! Starting to find a bunch of new low carb recipes which excites me. I have never really liked being in the kitchen however I am finding myself more and more excited to cook new things for my family! I think I am going to be able to stick this out!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
