1339 kcal Fat: 57.01g | Prot: 48.10g | Carb: 165.76g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Three Bakers Great Seed Gluten Free Bread,  Butter,  Egg. Lunch: Trader Joe's Marinated Mushrooms with Garlic,  Celery , Cucumber (with Peel), Great Value Sweet Pickle Relish, Mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Basil , Kraft Natural Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, Colavita Rachael Ray EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Spaghetti Squash. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Ice Cream,  Blueberries, Nature's Path Oatmeal Brown Sugar Maple. more...
